Every life has a common thread. Mine has been woven to the rhythm of music, encounters and horizons.

Music was my first language. For thirty years, I passed on its spirit and energy to students of all ages and on stage. It took me to the side of great artists. Then it became ‘care’, comfort and openness through music therapy, reaching out to those whom life had sometimes shaken.

Then another calling emerged: that of the sea.

For me, sailing is not just about moving from one point to another. It is communing with the Earth, feeling the wind like a breath, listening to the ocean like a symphony. It is remembering that we are small in the immensity of the universe, but infinitely rich in what we share.

It is also contemplating the fragile beauty of our planet. I love meeting new people, discovering differences with humility and letting each experience broaden my horizons.

Today, I invite you to join me on this journey aboard Yggdrasil, my sailing boat. Here, every sunrise becomes a promise, every breath of wind an adventure, every stopover an encounter.

The San Blas Islands are a rare gem where nature has created its own paradise: a mosaic of turquoise lagoons, islets lined with white sand and swaying palm trees. I invite you here as one would open the pages of a travel journal: with simplicity, humility, authenticity and wonder.

My greatest pleasure? Seeing you smile at the unexpected, sharing a moment of silence as we gaze at the horizon, or listening to your stories under a starry sky.
